Relaxing Watermelon Mint Tonic

- 2 cups organic watermelon
- 1 tablespoon Moondeli Calming Adaptogen
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint plus extra for garnish (optional)
- lime wedges (optional)
Cut the rind off the watermelon and remove any large seeds. Add watermelon and Calming Adaptogen to a blender and blend on medium until smooth. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and lime wedges.
